    Services

    Purpose-Built Spaces.
    Thoughtfully Designed.

Every room has a different purpose. Our job is to understand how you want to use it, identify the challenges of the space, and develop a clear plan that brings function, comfort, and atmosphere together.

Whether we're transforming an existing room or consulting alongside your builder on a new space, every project is designed around you.

A private smoking room with humidor storage and leather club chairs

    01 — Private Smoking Rooms

Designed to perform—not simply look the part.

A private smoking room presents challenges that most residential spaces were never designed to handle. Smoke must be evacuated, fresh air introduced, temperature managed, and migration into the rest of the home minimized—all while creating a room you'll actually enjoy spending time in.

The Smoking Room Co. considers the entire environment

    • Airflow and negative pressure
    • Exhaust design and placement
    • Makeup air strategy
    • Dedicated temperature control
    • Air purification
    • Existing HVAC considerations
    • Room layout and furniture placement
    • Smoke-conscious finishes and materials
    • Equipment specifications
    • Contractor implementation guidance

The goal isn't to create a room that never smells like cigars.

It's to create a smoking room that feels fresh rather than stale—and keeps the smoking experience where it belongs: inside the room.

    02 — Podcast Studios

Designed for conversation. Built around the camera.

A great podcast room isn't simply a collection of microphones and equipment. The environment affects how the conversation feels, how the room appears on camera, and how comfortable people are spending hours inside it.

    We help develop spaces around

    • Host and guest positioning
    • Camera placement and sightlines
    • Background and set design
    • Furniture layout
    • Practical lighting direction
    • Equipment placement

    03 — Specialty Lounges

Some rooms deserve a purpose of their own.

Not every special room needs to be a smoking room or a studio.

The Smoking Room Co. also designs private spaces created around how their owners want to live, entertain, collect, or simply get away.

    Projects may include

    • Bourbon and whiskey rooms
    • Executive lounges
    • Libraries and reading rooms
    • Golf and sports lounges
    • Private retreats
    • Conversation rooms
    • Other purpose-built residential or business spaces
